“We were faced with an unexpected disaster in Sept ‘21 that led to having to find new flooring for our downstairs. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but ended up with something completely opposite. Chad explained the differences in what I was looking for to help me decide what was right for our home, and then in my indecisive state, I was in MULTIPLE time and worked with Diana to find the perfect flooring! Everybody was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process and extremely helpful! We went ahead and carpeted the upstairs with them as well. The downstairs laminate was just installed and is absolutely beautiful. The install crew was fantastic as well! Thanks a bunch for everything!!!”

“We decided to look into replacing our existing floor. We looked at Kevin's Carpets and several other vendors and had several quotes. We like to do things locally so we went back to Kevin's and spoke to Chad. He was able to come down on the original quote. When he came to look and measure the area, he made an observation on the level of our current floor versus the one that I had chosen. Something that the other vendors failed to mention to us. Chad gave us several options. Chad was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. We ended up choosing the original Luxury Vinyl floor that I chosen. He told us the install would take 3 days, ended up taking just 2 days! We couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received and would recommend them to anyone looking for their services.”
