“So its been about a year since our carpet was installed I'm just now getting around posting a review. We had issues getting the carpet we selected due to a vendor error, but Kevin's carpets made things right and got us new carpet installed that was just as good and looks and feels great. Installation was good as well with almost no visible seams, and was able to be completed on a saturday. Being in the freight/logistic industry i understand things happen with shipments, but the people at Kevin's carpets were able to come through, get us the product that was identical if not almost the same as our original selection, and having it installed on my day off was a plus. For future flooring projects I will use Kevin's carpets again, the customer service was great and would recommend them to anyone who needs to replace their flooring needs.”
