“Ordered all of our tile from Kevin's Carpets, working with Chad for our master bathroom renovation. They earned our business due to the selection available at their store. What earned this review is the fact that the bulk of our orders was marbled subway tile. The tile showed up with nearly 30% of all tile lacking any marbling what so ever, plain white. This was not advertised in the manufacturers catalog or display board. Chad ordered the replacement tile for us at no additional cost. His support and professionalism were greatly appreciated, and I will order through them again in the future because of that.”
