“We had kevin's carpet install laminate flooring in our living room and hallway. They arrived on time were very courteous, worked very hard and quickly. They didn't stop until they were finished. We are extremely happy with how our floors turned out. Will definitely use them again.”

“Being new to the Georgetown area, my wife and I were looking for a good flooring source to carpet our newly finished basement. We happened across Kevin's carpets while running errands one day. I called and was surprised to find out they could come out that day and give us a quote. Chad came to our house and was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After picking out our carpet, I was also surprised they were very competitive on price and even beat the big box store for very comparable carpet. I always prefer to do business locally if possible. They kept us updated on delivery and installation dates and even worked with us when we had to delay installation 2 or 3 times due to our project falling behind. Installation was a breeze and the install went great. Chad was wonderful to work with, so much so we even purchased tile for our new backsplash from Kevin's Carpets. I'd recommend them to anyone! Well done!”

“Renovating a bedroom during a pandemic has not been easy, but Kevin's Carpets made the carpet selection and installation a breeze. We visited the store early one morning before any other customers had arrived. Our sales lady was very knowledgeable and asked several questions about the type of carpet we desired before showing us several samples to meet our needs. I was especially worried about choosing the right neutral color to go with my soft blue walls, and the saleslady was very helpful and guided me to the perfect color. I really appreciated being able to choose my installation day the same day we ordered the carpet. The installers did a fantastic job and included a seam that is near impossible to see. This is the second time I have had carpets installed by Kevin's Carpet. I had two other bedrooms carpeted 6 years ago and they still look great today. This is a great carpet company to do business with in the Lexington area.”

“I had a great experience with Kevin’s Carpets. They were very helpful and patient. I brought home several samples before making a decision. Once I selected a style they came out and measured and Installed within a few weeks. I thought that was a very fast turn around. The installers did a great job and worked quickly, three bedrooms in under three hours. They left everything neat and clean, helped me put all the furniture back together and moved my heavy antiques very carefully, which I very much appreciated. Everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them.”

“We are so happy with Kevin’s Carpets. We just had an install at our house in Georgetown. Customer service was just phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for better. From picking carpet to install. The ease of it was great. Everyone one involved from sales to install were extremely nice and helpful. We will continue to use when we’re in need of flooring. And we will recommend to everyone too. We had carpet installed from Lowe’s 1.5 years ago and it was a horrible experience and the carpet is awful looking (we even upgraded the padding- did us no good) now. We actually had Kevin’s carpet install carpet in an office over the summer and was so impressed with customer service and install we went back. We had them install carpet in the basement. I highly recommend Kevin’s Carpets!!!”
