“We recently went to Floor Source and spoke with Bobby. We picked out some beautiful wood look porcelain tile. We ordered the tile and had the floors installed a few weeks later. The floors turned out perfect and the installation was quick and clean. The installers removed old carpet through the windows to keep the mess low. The only small issue was that we had a miscommunication about having a room done so we could minimize displacing our children. The installers grouted the next day and so the kids got back into their room the following day so not too much of an inconvenience but it was not what the plan was. Bobby checked in with me both days and apologized for the grouting delay. In the end, I would recommend this company, I believe that they did quality work, and that their installers are professional and respectful of our home.”

“I work long hours at the hospital and didn't want to feel rushed picking out a flooring that would work with my pre-existing tile and 3 dogs. I was more than pleased with the final result and grateful for how patient Alec was. He shared his knowledge with me on the different flooring types (laminate, luxury vinyl, and wood) and what would best work for me. If you end up having the chance to work with him he is ready to tackle your project and answer all questions to help you pick out the right flooring! I came in thinking LVF and ended up deciding on the Mohawk Rev wood plus laminate urban maple mist due to its durability, water resistance, and its beautiful rustic look . The installation crew was prompt, professional, courteous, and careful with the baseboards. Overall I'm so glad I choose floor source over home depot with top notch quality service and a company I can trust backed up by their warranty. Thank you Alec! and floor source.”

“Very happy with floor look and the installation crew that did the work. However, the crew was not informed correctly on what type of floor they would be demoing. They didn't bring the needed equipment to remove the old flooring requiring them to go to Home Depot and rent jackhammer. This resulted in us paying an additional $300 at installation. We were happy to pay extra the crew for the extra work because they were fantastic. We could have saved $175 on the rental of the jackhammer had the crew been properly informed about the demo. The crew owns the equipment but didn't bring it thinking they wouldn't need it. Floor Source was made aware of the situation and is refunding me the $300. Excellent customer service!”
