“Friendly and helpful staff.”

“Floor Source’s motto is: “Saying what you want to hear, doing what I want to do.” Pros: Floors were completed and look nice (minus the addressed issues) Cons: Lack of communication Lack of understanding of the implementation Synchrony (This took over a week and a half, with radio silence and the only communication was when prompted by me — should have been fixed within 24 hours -- it was a very easy fix) No Call No Shows Rushed job that required touch-ups”
