“My husband and I went into Floor Source right before New Year's as we wanted to find a match for wall to wall carpet we had to replace in a bedroom in our house due to doggie odor. Bobby was quick to greet us as we came into the store and helped us locate the best matched samples. He scheduled an appointment at our house right after the holiday to measure and discuss other options as we were considering getting nicer carpet in all of the bedrooms. We got our quote on multiple options by that afternoon. We didn't feel any pressure from Bobby to do this upgrade, which we appreciated, but the pricing made sense for us. We had a tight deadline that we were worried about but Bobby assured us that they very likely could meet our deadline. Just about a week after we made our payment, our carpets were installed. The guys who came to do it were fast and efficient and had all three bedrooms done within three hours of starting, which included them moving the furniture. Overall, a great experience and the carpets look great! We'll definitely consider Floor Source for any future flooring needs.”
