The installers were both very fast and very efficient. Did a phenomenal job and the carpet looks fantastic. 2100sq ft job was done in a day and half. Both installers were very polite and worked very hard to complete the job in a more than timely fashion. Would recommend Floor Source to anyone and everyone. Top notch job all around!”

“I am so happy I spent the time on-line to do my research for a good company for our flooring projects. Daniel took some serious time to help us understand different wood flooring, vinyl and carpet products. Our wood flooring installation was done by Tony & Christin. The final product is perfect. They spent as much time as needed to make sure every cut, radius and transition piece was installed professionally. You can tell Tony and Christin take pride in their work; they took two twenty-six-year-old rooms and made them look brand new. Our staircase carpet was installed by a different crew, and again it looks great. No damage, glue on the walls etc. We have more projects to go, and I know exactly where we're going to go.”

“This was our first time ever purchasing carpet for a home. We chose FS for the location and reviews. We walked in on Saturday and had our carpet installed the next Friday. We bought what was in stock/contract grade because it was going into a guest bedroom that rarely is used. Dave informed us on the grades of carpet and padding. “I went through the Costco flooring program, and worked with Cy Dalberg, who was very prompt in responding initially, and throughout my flooring project, to all my questions and concerns. I had all three bedrooms' carpeting removed and new tile installed to match the tile that is throughout the rest of the house. I couldn't be happier! My flooring installers were Adan and Alex. They were wonderful. They did a great job, were prompt, experienced, and professional. I can't say enough good about them! I am very happy they were the installers! I would use Floor Source again, and highly recommend them. I am so glad Costco has contracted with them for flooring! A very good experience!”

“What a great experience. Mario and his assistant arrived on time. They had to travel from Phoenix to Prescott with an estimated arrival time between 8:00-10 a.m. They were here at 8:15 and immediately got to work. They immediately used a leaf blower to clean off the driveway, even though my husband had already done so. They said they wanted to make sure it was clean before installing the carpet. They worked non-stop. They were helpful in replacing all the furniture - no marks on walls or damaged furniture. They even put the bed back together. I especially appreciated that they protected the baseboards with padding when they stretched the carpet. My husband and I are in our late seventies so this was especially helpful. Jared, the salesman, who sold us the carpet was also great. I would highly recommend this company.”
