“The company owners are very knowledgeable about flooring. I went to several other companies before I came here, and I often knew more about the product than they did. At the Floor Source, the sales reps were friendly and helpful, but the company especially shined when then management was willing to spend extensive time talking to me and answering my questions. I could also tell that they knew what they were talking about because I had done my research. On installation day, the work crew that came to my house was professional, friendly, and intelligent. They were all able to hold good conversations with me in between tasks, and they did an excellent job. They were also well-mannered, and respectful. I would definitely recommend this company.”
