“The installer was very polite and honest. He worked diligently to get the job done and I was quite pleased with his work. I am pleased with the end result and we had many unexpected issues to start. The lesser rating is due to damaged materials, poor communication from the owner and office.”

“The folks at the Floor Source were very easy to work with. They gave us sample panels of three different floors so that we could look at them in our space before making our choice. Mike came out to measure the space and worked with the stonemason installing travertine on the front of our fireplace to ensure that the flooring would slip under the travertine. He then kept us informed of a delay in receiving the material and let us know precisely when the flooring would be ready to install. Chris the installer was skilled and very professional. I could tell that he really cared about quality. I would definitely return to the Floor Source for future flooring for our house.”
