“I had a really nice experience here. I walked in 5 min before closing, and she took her time with me, staying almost an hour past closing. There was a delivery issue, but Jordan called me himself and did his best to make it right. The installers did a really excellent job. I love my new carpet and plan on using them to finish the rest of my house.”

“I stopped by The Floor Source to pick out tile for my shower renovation, but after talking with Jordon about my project, it was clear I was going to be in way over my head for a DIY and he sounded confident about the tricky job (window in shower caused major leaking with the original tile construction). After getting the price on material vs installed it was a no brainier to have his guys do the job, and it came out fantastic. They did everything to turn my studded walls into a finished shower. I also had them install LVP in the bathroom, replace the walk-in closet carpet, and repair some damaged carpet in another room. The crew they sent were speedy and extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tile/flooring. Thank you!”

From Jordan coming out and being so thorough with the measurements and potential trouble spots, to Jon in the Showroom being so patient while I picked out colors purchasing the carpet was super easy! Chris and Rich were terrific with the install! When we thought we might have a problem with a door opening over the carpet, they had solutions and even though we didnt need to resort to a backup plan, it was comforting to know they could take care of it if we had to! Everything looks phenomenal! There are no seams, and it looks absolutely beautiful! We couldn't be happier! Thank you Floor Source! We will definitely be back for any of our flooring needs!”
