“We recently moved to the area and were looking to replace the carpet in our master bedroom. After searching through reviews online, we found The Floor Source and decided to check them out. At the time of our visit, we were greeted by Jon who helped guide us through the showroom and answered our questions as we browsed and ultimately made a selection for our new carpet. Jon came out to our home a few days later to measure and provide a quote. We waited approximately 4 weeks until our carpet came in and was installed. The installers were friendly, polite, and professional. They worked efficiently and the end product definitely met our expectations. We will be sure to use The Floor Source for our future flooring needs. It was a smooth process from start to finish.”

“The Floor Source was recommended by my painting contractor. I went into the lobby, was greeted immediately and asked what I was looking for. I initially selected four samples, but the one I liked best would have about a 3+ month delay. Jordan ( one of the owners ) brought another sample that was perfect. Installation was just as perfect. The prior owner had botched the floor and gouged the sub-floor to try to make it level. Todd studied the floor, determined the right patching material to use, and got the floor as close to level as he could. If I could rate The Floor Source 10 stars, I would. Their customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and my complete satisfaction make this store my go-to flooring contractor. If you are considering flooring anywhere in the Poconos, it’s worth a trip to Brodheadsville. You’re sure to find just what you’re looking for.”
