“We had some hardwood floors replaced by Costen as well as sanding and coating. Gretchen worked with us and stayed on top of the whole project.She was excellent and a pleasure to work with. The work done was beautiful.. I did have a few things that need to be fixed and she sent Randy who was a perfectionist and his work was outstanding. Everybody who worked on my floors was very professional and polite. They always showed up on time . I would definitely recommend Costen Floors.”

“UPDATE TO original REVIEW: Costen Representative called to discuss my original review (which I removed) and I am 100% appreciative of that! Their approach is somewhat different in that they have 'literally 100s to 1000s of floor samples, that it would make more sense to decide if we wanted to change the flooring and/or go out to the store and see what they have. So, thanks for the follow-up, I wish more businesses would follow-up. Thank you Pam.”

“Just had Costen install wooden stair treads in a formerly carpeted stair well and laminate flooring in a bonus room for me. They are very good to work with. They will treat you right and they will do a great job at a good price. I love the work, they were fantastic to have in my home and I would recommend them and use them again. On my initial call I had some issues dealing with one employee. As a result I left a pretty poor review for Costen. That being said, the folks at Costen made it right. What I mean is that they saw my negative review, they contacted me, they gave me an estimate, they performed the work and I am very happy. I would recommend to give these folks a try. If you have a problem call them back and ask to speak to a manager. Let them know what you are looking for. I ended up working with Sally, she was fabulous. Give a call and ask for her.”
