“Jennifer N. I'm sorry that your experience was not what you expected from us. Your situation certainly was unique. I do believe that the store made a few mistakes along the way, mostly in regards to poor communication, and for that I am truly sorry. I do take solace in knowing that as a company we do approximately 300 jobs on any given month and your feelings are not shared by the vast majority of our clients. Over the past several months we have taken a hard look at places that we felt like we could make improvements within the company and we've made several hires to try and correct areas in which we were weak. We feel strongly that the companies best years are ahead of us. We are a small family business and we take poor reviews personal since we see it as a reflection on us.
