“Eddy & Felix are AWESOME installers. They were so nice and answered all of my questions. I love my carpet, but I wish Avery (salesman) or the carpet estimator would've mentioned that the carpet thickness & pad would be lower than my hardwood flooring it butted up against :( I would've went with thicker 10" pad. I was also frustrated with scheduling process. They did not call me back when promised and it affected my work schedule. I had to leave frustrated voicemail to get them to respond after waiting for 3 days (F-Sun.) Maddy was helpful once we got it scheduled.”
