“These guys are the real deal. Their brand reputation means everything to them so they will go out of their way to make sure your experience is perfect. They fixed a major problem for us that wasn’t their fault. It was the manufacturer’s fault but they took care of it anyway at their own cost”

“Just recently finished my basement and had Cost U Less install my laminate flooring and carpet. There are individuals like Ed and Avery who are very knowledgeable and others who should maybe go through some more training. Ed came out to my house to examine my main flooring to ensure they could match colors in repairs. As for the installers, they were very professional and asked many questions to ensure I (customer) was happy with the work being done. Happy wife.. happy customer.”

“We are in the process of working with the team at Cost-U-Less in Draper (Avery, Nique, and Ed). We are replacing all of our flooring and their team has been fabulous in taking on such a big job. Avery was very knowledgeable about the different types of hard floor and carpet available. I brought in a big list of "must haves" and he was able to find options that fit my list perfectly. They have been very accommodating and made me feel like my home is important to them and not just another job to be finished. I would highly recommend Cost-U-Less. I will be updating my review after the install but so far things have been wonderful.”
