“This is a fantastic business we are so fortunate to have in our community. We purchase a whole house of carpet and every single person we have dealt with was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Ed, Avery, Scott and Allan have all been so wonderful to work with and made the renovation project as painless as possible. Installation was flawless and the crew was enjoyable to have in our home for two full days. Please do not let the name fool you. This store carries a full range and price points from entry level to luxury and will work the customer to make sure that only 100% satisfaction is obtained. I will also say that this store was 2,000.00 less than the two other stores we had price our project. Why?? Avery called the mill and because of the quantity the mill extended a significant discount that Cost U Less passed directly to us!! Happy Day!! Highly recommend Cost U Less and will be a return customer. What more can you ask for, great products, exceptional service and a company that is not shy about making the project as enjoyable as they can.”

“Ed and Avery were so great! I was SUPER anxious having to choose a carpet for my entire house. They endured my many phone calls and spent the time piecing samples together in order to help my envision my home with new carpet! I went in on a Saturday 15 mins before closing time and they were very patient with me and even shared a treat with my daughter while I looked over samples. The pricing was the BEST of 3 quotes we had, by A LOT and because my neighbor referred us they included removal and hauling of our old carpet for no extra charge (So tell them I sent ya!) The installers were available 2 days earlier than expected and got started right away. Our finished product is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! You just can't beat the service, communication and Price! Don't waste your time anywhere else! Thank you Avery and Ed!”
