“Carpets Plus - 5 stars all around. For years they have met our flooring needs, and most recently, helped us with subway tiles. We won’t go anywhere else. We have nothing but good things to say about Carpets Plus. We have been using them for over 20 years. Our most recent needs were met by Arizona. She was enthusiastic, conscientious, patient, and knowledgeable.”

“WOW! What an AMAZING experience from beginning to end. We dealt with Chrissy to help pick out some samples~even got to take them home. Next up was Victor to measure & figure out an estimate.(VERY REASONABLE pricing I may add) Then the install. Izzy & Josh did an FABULOUS job on our kitchen flooring, then Ed & Steve did our carpet~ one word SUPERB! Finally was Joe who did our bathroom installs FANTASTIC job as well. And thank you to Arizpona who kept the communication going with times of installs & pricing for our last 2 rooms.. All installers were FANTASTIC~and LOVED that they cleaned up before leaving also. We are so very pleased & truly send out a heart felt thank you to each & everyone of you!!! You all are very good at what you do & we are fortunate to have found your company!!!! Was nice to receive the extra little bonus gifts too! WE LOVE OUR NEW FLOORING/CARPET!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!”

“Excellent People & Service! We went to Carpet Plus Outlet for the first time and had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and prompt, not to mention their product was good. All of the people, both at the store and the installers who came to our home, were excellent! We got flooring installed in our living room, and we also had the wood taken off our fireplace and had it replaced by brick. I went in with something in mind, but they were very helpful in narrowing down our options. The experience was excellent all around and I would consider them again.”

“Excellent Service all the way through! Immediately greeted by Heather Brittion who took me around to show samples and answered my many questions. Shane Sauls was very helpful in answering further questions when he came to measure the floor to be done. David P. who came to install our new carpeting worked quickly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards by vacuuming the new carpet. All those we were in direct contact with were very professional and we did not feel rushed through the process. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again. “Wonderful experience from beginning to end! I dealt with several different staff members who were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ease of taking samples home, communicating with staff, along with scheduling the install helped ease the stress of a big expense. The installers were all amazing as well! Punctual, friendly and cleaned up extremely well during and after install. I suppose I should also mention, I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS! So happy with the entire experience with Carpets Plus Outlet!
