“Very satisfying experience! I bought carpet from Carpet Plus Outlet, and then I had them install it for me. The installer was a very experienced person, and he did a wonderful job for me. I have already recommended the company to other people!”

“Very Good Experience Carpet Plus Outlet did everything they said they would do and more. They were very patient with me taking 15 samples home trying to decide which color I wanted them to install. Once I made a decision, they had to order the carpet. It would be two weeks before it came in. Experience with other carpet companies left me doubtful on the delivery. Carpet Plus came through, and my carpet was installed in exactly two weeks. I just love it! My dogs love it! Their Better Business rating is what sold me to use their service. I honestly couldn't be happier. I went from tan to gray with little flecks in it, and it is beautiful!”

“Great Choice We needed new carpet for our 20 yr old home. Carpet Plus Outlet gave us the customer service we were looking for without long wait times. Everything was easy - from picking out the type of carpet and pad and even scheduling the install - everything was explained to us since we had not replaced carpet in many years. They were even able to work with our desire to keep costs down and let us do the removal of the old carpet ourselves. The new carpet is so nice - can't wait to do another room.”

“Carpets Plus finished installing our Shaw luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in our home, and we couldn't be happier. The in-store crew knows their products, and offered help when asked regarding color and design matching. The installation crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. (maybe we're biased, we've had them install various flooring at two different homes over the last thirty years.) The Shaw Floorte product is excellent, and it's resemblance to real wood is amazing. If we have to do it all over again, we will choose Carpets Plus.”
