“Great Experience We have used Carpet Plus Outlet four times now to purchase carpeting and to have it installed. They have a very good inventory, competitive pricing, and they have good customer service! Thanks to their great communication skills, they always keep you updated on your order, from its arrival to the installation schedule. They are very accommodating. The last time we used Carpets Plus, we were looking to have the carpeting in our basement bedroom updated. Everything went smoothly! I had pulled the carpeting and padding ahead of time, so by the time they arrived to install the replacement carpets and padding, everything was ready! They did a very good job installing both on a cement floor, using a tacking strip to get it done. They always do a good job, and I would definitely use them again.”

Once we had chosen what we wanted, scheduling the install was quick and easy. The installation guy was wonderful and did a very good job.
