“Very Good Job Carpet Plus Outlet did a very good job. I really like them and what they did, they were courteous, and I had no problems with them. They installed carpet for us in our home and helped us with moving furniture around the area as they worked on the carpet since it was too big to get out the front door. They were good, and we would use them again.”

“Phenomenal transparency! The drain in our air conditioner in the condo backed up and we had to replace some of the carpet. About a year later black mold started showing up through the carpet so we knew that we had to replace all the carpeting. We had previously used a large flooring company here in town but we were not satisfied with them. They sold us supposedly high quality carpet but it wore out quickly and looked like it was five years old after the first year. We suspect that company of baiting and switching on us. So, we knew we would never use that company again. Instead, we called Carpet Plus Outlet. They replaced all the carpeting for us. They pulled up the old carpeting and we treated the mold with borax. Then, Carpet Plus Outlet came in and painted Kilz all over the wood flooring. Then, they carpeted everything wall-to-wall. They were a wonderful company to work with. Their transparency was phenomenal and that is something that you just do not see much anymore. They were honest and straightforward about everything. They were very low-key and low-pressure and they did exactly what they said they would do. That was such a good change from the previous flooring company. Carpet Plus Outlet was willing to help us out in any way that they could and we really appreciated that. Should we need carpeting in the future, we will be using them. They are very professional, friendly people and we highly highly recommend them to everyone!”

My husband had used them before so when we needed to get some carpeting done, he recommended that we call them. They really went above and beyond for us. The man they sent out was very hard working. He got the work finished in one day, and he never even stopped for lunch or anything. He just worked straight through! He was friendly and professional and he was extremely skilled at his craft! “A first class company! We have used them several times! I have used Carpet Plus Outlet on several occasions, the last one being to install some new bathroom flooring for me. They have installed carpeting and kitchen flooring for me in the past. Their employees are excellent whether it is at the store or doing the installation. They are a first class company and they stand behind their work. After they installed our kitchen flooring, there were a few problems that cropped up and after we called them, they came right back out and redid the entire floor! That really impressed us! We have been very happy with the Carpet Plus Outlet! They do professional work and they make sure to clean up behind themselves. We highly recommend them to everyone in this area!”
