“My project actually began in October of 2021. It was installed on December 20th. We were told it was a 2 day job, and it was 4 days. We still need transition strips. I understand all the complications that have occurred because of the state of economy. There have been backorders. The subcontractors Chris and Xavier, that installed our floor were excellent, 5 stars...and the flooring is beautiful because of the care they took. I feel that so many things could have been better for us if there had been better explanations on certain aspects of the job...and if communication and follow thru had been more timely and accurate from Carpetland...and we are left with an overall frustrating experience, as we are still waiting on the right transition strips.”
