“Great Experience! This was our fourth time using Discount Quality Flooring. They have more than one location near me which was a big deciding factor in our using them! When using them in the past for different projects they were very clean and very helpful. For this project, we ordered an area rug that had to be made. They were very quick about making the rug and it arrived on time and as expected. The quality of work for the price is exceptional!”

“Very Conscientious And Clean Staff. I had an excellent experience with Discount Quality Flooring. They had two sections of carpeting that they had to put in. I appreciate that they were very conscientious about cleaning the floor before they laid down the carpet. I have used them a few years ago and I would say that their service has been pretty consistent. I have always been satisfied with their product and their installers. I find the staff to be very friendly and I always enjoy working with them. I also appreciate that they go above and beyond to provide awesome service. It really brightens up the room, so I'm more than happy with the results.”

“Love my carpet. I had this same carpet put in a walk in closet over a year ago and really liked it. There are no walk patterns in this after over a year. It wasn't a top of the line carpet so I was worried, but it still looks like new. Decided to go with the same carpet in 2 bedrooms and I'm so pleased. Love the pad and everything and everyone I spoke with were very professional and I had speedy service. Referred Discount Carpet to my Aunt and she did 2 bedrooms also and Is very pleased as well”

Most recently I purchased carpeting from them and they were ready to come and install it the very next morning. They are professional, efficient, responsive and fast. Their pricing is fine and they have excellent customer service. They're just great people. This is the only place I go to for my flooring and carpeting needs.”

“Good customer service and we've always been pleased with their flooring. I was very happy with Discount Quality Flooring, we don't have it installed yet because we jus picked it up yesterday but their customer service is very good and professional. We used them before when they did the bathroom, they just sold us the vinyl flooring and we were pleased then so we decided to go with them again. They are friendly and easy to deal.
