“Above and beyond. Working with Discount Quality Flooring was great. I picked out the carpeting and a guy from the store came to do the measurements and give an estimate. The installation took longer, because the job was bigger than he had expected. There were some challenges with the furniture and some water damage that we had, had- which could have destroyed the new carpeting. He worked really hard to put extra padding on the bottom of our furniture and to patch up the water damage so it wouldn't harm the new carpets. He really went above and beyond what we had expected.”
