The owner, Bruce , is making it right and let us pick another piece of berber out and it will be installed at no charge in a few days. I will post another picture then. Now, that's service! Would highly recommend.! So John came out, a different installer, from the company and did an awesome job! He put a bullnose lip on the carpet which looks better and makes it safer. I can't say enough about these people. Thank you so much!”
