“Good people”

“This company is the real deal! My wife and I moved here several years ago and have had a number of updates done to our home. Unfortunately we have hired some …..less than quality…companies. Well we were pleasantly surprised when an issue came up with our flooring, the owner Bruce said, I don’t want an unhappy customer…if it’s not right...we will fix it! Steve showed up at my door and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this Company!”

“Excellent Job This was my first time using Discount Quality Flooring. Some of my neighbors had used them and recommended them. I hired them to install vinyl floors in two bedrooms and a living room. The salespeople in the store were very friendly. They helped me find what I wanted. When the installers arrived, they moved all the furniture. They did excellent work and they moved fast. They pulled up the carpeting and vacuumed before installing the vinyl, and then they removed all the trash and cleaned up after themselves. They worked hard and kept going until the job was done. The two installers were Mike and Pete, and they did an excellent job!”

“Professional Installers, Great Value and Prompt Response Discount Quality Flooring has always done a great job for us. They recently put new carpeting in at City Hall and it looks great. The workers are prompt, professional and courteous. They are respectful of the property. If we have questions they have been able to answer them. We recently noticed a few glue spots and they came back to clean them. Their pricing is very fair. I want people to know they are a quality company with good pricing. I feel they are the best in town which is why I will continue using Discount Quality Flooring!”

“I have been using DQF for around 20 years in two residences and in my business. There may be other good places, but I wouldn't use anyone else as DQF has always done a great job for me. Derek and the installer have each remembered me, even when they came to a new location and had no frame of reference. They do an outstanding job, pay attention to details, do everything they promise, and are reasonably priced. One time I checked out their flooring prices on the internet and found that they were quite a bit cheaper, to the point where the installation charge brought them up be the same as the cost of the floor on the internet sites, which effectively gave me the installation for free (almost).”

I give them two thumbs up all the way around! The technicians they send out are so professional and knowledgeable. They do things very clean and no mess--very respectful of your home. I really liked that they were quick and timely about it keeping everything to schedule as planned. I definitely would recommend them. Great company to do business with.”

“Excellent Job Staff in store was easy to work with and the flooring we choose was in stock. Easily scheduled an appointment for installation and the guys showed up on time and did an excellent job with the two day install. Very respectful, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.”
