“As far as the finished product goes, we are very satisfied with the floor. It looks great. One thing that was a little different than other service providers was that they wanted payment in full up front, which is unusual for companies that do construction or repair. Often, providers ask for an initial deposit, with the balance due when the work is done. Also, the installer came later than I was told originally, but he was very friendly and personable when he arrived and when he left. While he was working, however, communicating with him was a problem. He had earbuds in his ears most of the time and he was often talking on the phone or presumably listening to music. When I was able to get his attention, he did answer my questions but seemed like he wanted to get back to work as quickly as possible. So we ended up with a great-looking floor, but I thought the punctuality and the customer service during the installation could have been better.”

“Very helpful, yet low pressure staff on site. We were given a next day appointment for measuring, and will recieve an estimate based on each of the three samples we chose. Very large selection of wood, carpet and vinyl flooring, with a more limited tile selection. Just felt like a very comfortable organization.”

“Carpet USA, Vancouver (117th ave.) did an outstanding job with our floor restoration. Specifically, Bjorn, Jeremy and Victor were incredible. With Bjorn providing the guidance, Jeremy worked long hours to install the marmoleum flooring (“marmoleum masterpiece”!), and Victor also did a superb job with the porcelain tile. Besides the very professional work done at a reasonable price, Bjorn displayed impressive integrity throughout in navigating the varying obstacles encountered in this project. I certainly give them my highest recommendation!”

“I used Carpet USA after I had major water damage done from my bathroom. I replaced the carpet in of the bedroom's and had to replace all of the hallway padding. Carpet USA was so easy to use. They knew exactly what they were talking about and what they were doing. The carpet that was put in is beautiful. Carpet USA worked with me on my insurance company quote. Then followed through with friendly staff, customer service, and the best of all. They did a quality job in the time frame they said they were going to do it in within the amount of money they said they were going to do it in I got beautiful carpet with no worries. “Carpet USA is far and away the absolute best flooring store I have ever been to, bar none! This is a family business that has been in business for many decades, and that alone is a huge testimonial to how great a job they do. I visited Carpet USA after having been stood up by the installers that Home Depot uses (that seems to be a very common problem with that installer based on the number of poor Google reviews, poor Yelp reviews, and complaints of exactly the same thing on the Better Business bureau's web page). At Carpet USA, I was helped by no fewer than three people, all of which were amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Carpet USA has a huge variety of carpets as well as a huge variety of in-stock carpets, ranging from two builder grade examples to extremely plush and amazingly luxurious carpets. They also have a carpet pad that is tons better than anything I've seen it at any other retailer. After having asked many questions and receiving many answers, I went in on a Saturday to purchase an extremely luxurious and plush in-stock carpet as well as the top-of-the-line pad. My carpet was installed the following Wednesday, and the installation was every bit as good as the retail experience was! You may ostensibly think that this level of service comes at a premium, but it doesn't. I was able to get two rooms and my stairs carpeted with a comparable carpet to what I tried to buy from Home Depot for an entire $1,000 LESS than one room cost me at Home Depot! The difference between attempting to buy carpet and Home Depot, and actually buying carpet at Carpet Usa, is a bit like the difference. between getting a nice hug from somebody you love more than anyone else in the world and haven't seen in 10 years, and getting hit square in the face with a house brick (Carpet USA is the hug, Home Depot is the house brick). If you need carpet or any other sort of flooring, don't bother going anywhere else. Just go to Carpet USA, and you'll be very happy that you did!”
