“We went to two other flooring stores in Vancouver (terrible experiences) before we lucked out here. Night and day difference. Tawny took a long time listening to what we wanted and then showed us different choices, educating us along the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. . Bjorn came to our home for an estimate. Again extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Then the installers came (Hilario and Erik), on time and did the job. Again, really nice people, quick and clean!!!”

“Marvelous transaction from beginning to end! Camryn assisted my wife and I with trying to match an existing laminate floor that had just been discontinued by the manufacturer so we decided to replace the carpeting instead. She was patient, listened to our needs, answered all our questions and followed up with us. Received a very fair price for a high quality carpet; Bjorn measured the rooms and was very accommodating and proficient: Larry and his team of installers were prompt, highly skilled and efficient. “Great experience! From the day I walked into the door until job finished 8 days. Had our 2800sq ft house done with carpet and vinyl. Had to make some changes because they didn't have enough vinyl in stock of my first two choices. But they have such a great selection it wasn't hard to find another product I loved. “The whole process was terrific as was the end result! We were looking and learning about carpet at 4 stores. It’s such a big investment, we put a lot of effort into making sure we made a good choice. After a couple weeks we chose Carpet USA. They had a great selection, were very professional, and were able to get our carpet installed very quickly. The estimate was very thorough, asking about things I hadn’t thought of and the installation team did a fantastic job, too! We couldn’t be happier! They also recommended a finisher so we can have the scraps made into small rugs for the kitchen and runners for the hall— that’s really full service!”
