“As far as the finished product goes, we are very satisfied with the floor. It looks great. One thing that was a little different than other service providers was that they wanted payment in full up front, which is unusual for companies that do construction or repair. Often, providers ask for an initial deposit, with the balance due when the work is done. Also, the installer came later than I was told originally, but he was very friendly and personable when he arrived and when he left. While he was working, however, communicating with him was a problem. He had earbuds in his ears most of the time and he was often talking on the phone or presumably listening to music. When I was able to get his attention, he did answer my questions but seemed like he wanted to get back to work as quickly as possible. So we ended up with a great-looking floor, but I thought the punctuality and the customer service during the installation could have been better.”

“Very helpful, yet low pressure staff on site. We were given a next day appointment for measuring, and will recieve an estimate based on each of the three samples we chose. Very large selection of wood, carpet and vinyl flooring, with a more limited tile selection. Just felt like a very comfortable organization.”

“Carpet USA, Vancouver (117th ave.) did an outstanding job with our floor restoration. Specifically, Bjorn, Jeremy and Victor were incredible. With Bjorn providing the guidance, Jeremy worked long hours to install the marmoleum flooring (“marmoleum masterpiece”!), and Victor also did a superb job with the porcelain tile. Besides the very professional work done at a reasonable price, Bjorn displayed impressive integrity throughout in navigating the varying obstacles encountered in this project.
