“Dishwasher flooded the house. Went to Lowes and Home depot, no service or product knowledge. Went back to Carpet USA and as in the past we were greeted and helped completely thru the process of what we thought we needed and what was absolutely the best for us and at the best price anywhere. Thanks (CMB) We got to take home really big samples not just the 4in squares you get at other stores. Bjorn's estimate was dead on with no waste!!! Hilario and Erik were the best ever!! in no time they had the tile and carpet sculptured in perfectly, not just installed. The transformation made the pain of the water damage seem like why didn't this happen years ago. Well OK we lived through it. Super happy we came!! Anyone needing new flooring better stop in and compare because quality not just the price really matter. Carpet USA WE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!”

“Carpet USA did a great job with getting our flooring to us. We did the install on that and was easy. The carpet, was done by an AWESOME husband and wife team. They came in, set up... etc..etc.. etc.. 3 hours later new carpet in the living room. I want them to know that they did great.. Please pass that along Carpet USA.. My mother in law was very happy with the end result. You chose correctly having that team install your carpet for you... I will definitely refer you to my mother in laws friends..
