“We were first on the tech's schedule for our cleaning service today. however, a personal issue involving the tech delayed our start time by two hours. Prior to starting we were fully informed of the cleaning method. Our tech was very courteous and quick to finish; almost forgetting to clean an area rug in the kitchen. He may have confused the kitchen rug with an area rug in the hall, which he cleaned, but not needed since it was new with the manufacturer's tag still on it (hopefully, we were not charged for this). Our tech kind enough to add the cleaning of a recliner to our order even though he was running behind schedule. Prior to leaving, he explained very well how long it would take to dry, and how we could walk on the carpet, if needed, prior to its drying. We took advantage of the TV offer, so our price was very reasonable for all that we had done.”

They said for not being cleaned for so long my carpets were in good shape and what stains there were would easily be removed. Very pleased and would definitely recommend carpet spectrum if you need your carpet cleaned.”

“After getting rid of house pets, Carpet Spectrum personnel worked with me in the removal of old carpet and padding and installation of newly designed carpet with new padding. I actually paid to have two bedrooms completed and was only able to finish one room right now. They are considerate enough to check with me occasionally to let me know their team is ready to finish my 2nd room. In this crazy COVID-19 world, it is great to know some businesses maintain such a high level of customer service. Jason and his team will take care of business!”
