“Quality products and excellent customer service from the estimate to the installation”

“Excellent customer service! Jimmy from the Southaven location went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We had a strict timeline with trying to get moved into our new home and Jimmy made it happen. He came out to my home the same day I called him, gave me a quote the same day, ordered carpet Monday and it was here by Wednesday. On top of that my carpet installers had a mix up on when the store closed and wasn't able to pick up the carpet on Saturday. The store is closed on Sunday but Jimmy drove to the store on his off day from over an hour away to unlock the door for the installers. The definition of customer service. I will be recommending everyone I know to Jimmy @ Carpet Spectrum.”
