“They are really good people! My brother recommended Carpet Spectrum to me. He goes to church with Tim, the owner of the company, and he said that they would treat me right. I knew within two minutes of hitting the door that Tim was a really good man, and that he was not out to take advantage of me. I picked out the vinyl plank flooring that I wanted, and they installed it for me. They did an excellent job. All the employees were very friendly and professional, and they knew what they were doing. When I went to make my last payment on the work, Tim asked me if the insurance company had sent me the final payment yet. When I told him that they had not, he handed me my check back and told me to wait until I received the insurance payment. What company does that kind of thing nowadays? Carpet Spectrum is the kind of company that looks out for their customers, and is not just there to make money off people. That is so rare. I have already been recommending them to people I know. In fact, my neighbor two doors down just had her water heater burst. So she will be needing new flooring, I plan on taking her one of Tim's business cards. They are really good people there!”
