“I've Been Satisfied For Many Years With Them! Carpet Spectrum has always done great work for me with my home, rental properties and house flips. They recently did a tile job at a flip property. The work turned out good. The technicians were good, I liked them. All of the technicians for the different jobs have been prompt, polite and professional. They seem to be knowledgeable in their fields and can complete their work quickly and efficiently. I have been pleased with their services. For the most part, they have been respectful of the properties they have worked at. My only suggestion for the company is to tell their technicians if they smoke to do so out in their vehicles, not inside of the home they are working in. At this last job they were smoking inside of the home and the electrician who was there working left and said he wouldn't come back until they were done because he didn't like the smoke smell. I will still use them, they do good work and I would recommend using Carpet Spectrum.”

“Great service and easy to work with We replaced the carpet in two bedrooms and a bonus room upstairs. Plus we replaced the carpet on the stairway. Also, the bathroom had sheet vinyl. But we replaced it with carpet as well. That was by Tim's recommendation. And the transition was good. The whole installation was good. This was the first time we used Carpet Spectrum. But we were very pleased. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. And they were easy to work with. They were also respectful of my home. I was actually very pleased with that. What's more, they were polite and well mannered. I would recommend Carpet Spectrum to my family and friends.”
