“Initially I was somewhat unsatisfied with the installation, but I discovered that I chose a carpet of which the quality did not lend to a flawless installation. They came back trying to improve the seam situation, but one can only correct the situation with a better quality carpet. I found them to be very responsive and professional.”

“It went well. Tony was helpful in advising us on carpet choices, and patient when we were slow to make up our mind. Once we decided, the carpet was ordered and installation schedule with 10 days. The installation crew was excelling. They were very careful with our furniture and the installation itself was done very well.”
