“We walked in, browsed, spoke to Tony about what we were looking for, and made our purchase the same day. Someone was sent to measure within a few days, and the installation was done soon after. The process and pricing was smooth and organized. The installers worked swiftly and the job looked great overall the day it was finished. One star off because while customer service and availability was great, there were some small issues. It appears the foam pad used was not a great pairing for the carpet we chose, and small lumps could be felt sporadically throughout the installation when walking over it day to day. Tony sent the original installers to look at the problem as soon as I brought it to his attention, but it was not a problem that could be easily remedied. It is mostly a pet peeve annoyance since everything looks great and the non-lumpy parts are nice and plush, but I felt it's an important consideration since the product is what stays with us for the years to come. There were also several incidents of carpet staples embedded pointing upwards that I came across by stepping on them over a month after installation. I let Tony know so that more attention can be given when laying carpet down to help avoid these situations in the future. All in all, everything was done swiftly and communication was forthcoming, but some attention to detail with regard to carpet selection suggestion and clearing the area before installation could be more helpful.”

“We are fully satisfied with Tony, Hamid and crew of Carpet and Floor Express for service, installation and price. We had been seeking a berber-style carpet with a pattern, texture and a color mix to compliment three paint colors - tan, yellow and blue. Carpet and Floor Express had a Mohawk product that met our requirements and that was environmentally green, being made from plastic bottles. The pricing was way below that of a box store, which would have charged $100 per piece of furniture to be moved. Not so with Carpet and Floor Express - furniture moves and disposal of the old carpet and pad are part of the unit price per square foot.”
