“Had a great experience with Big Carpet. Great customer service with extremely low overhead. Visited a couple other "showrooms" and could tell much of the cost was going toward all the sales staff and everything else they were trying to sell. There was also no way to communicate with potential installers as is the case with the box stores etc. At Big you're dealing directly with owner / installer. Dennis was incredibly efficient and a remarkably hard worker. He did our entire job in one day, I had anticipated two days with two installers. He was punctual, clean, professional, and did an excellent job. Great experience and will definitely be using again for our future flooring plans.”
