“The over all installing of our carpet was great and the completed job was also great. I did not like the fact that they were in such a big hurry to complete the job that we barely had enough time to vacuum up the edges with green dust all over. Our old pad literally turned to dust which looked like a green dust storm in the living area. If you want to have clean floors for new carpet to go on I suggest ripping our your old carpet or getting someone to rip it out before new carpet is to be installed so floors can be vacuumed and cleaned first. We have used Big Carpet numerous time and we will use them again. But prep work needs to be done first next time if possible. Other than needing to clean up first, we highly recommend Big Carpet.”
