“We are a property management company that started using Big Carpet about 8 months ago. Our company was looking for a new flooring vendor that provided very good quality of carpet to offset the heavier wear and tear of rentals, but could also offer more cost effective options that some of our clients may have. As most property managers know, finding a quality floor vendor is like finding a needle in a haystack, so we decided to ask our current vendors for referrals. Through our locksmith, we were referred to Dennis and Christine Bigelow with Big Carpet and we could not be more satisfied. Dennis met with our staff and showed us multiple carpet and vinyl plank options and we selected the options we would always like included in our bid requests. Anytime we send a bid request, it is sent back to us very promptly. When we schedule them to do an install, they have the work done when they say they will, and we also don't have to worry about things we would with a poor flooring company, which are: damages to walls, poor installation, not installing thresholds, missing tack strips, forgetting to remove old flooring, etc. We checked the first 3-4 jobs they completed and they had proven themselves. Their invoices are also sent into us right away which is important for our industry. This company is a very honest company and we are so appreciative of their business! “Dennis, Chris, and their whole staff were excellent. They took care of us from start to finish and beat out the box stores on price and customer service by a long shot. We started looking in October '18 and they quickly let us know that the tariffs that were going into effect would increase the cost of the carpet/flooring in November saving us ~6%. Also got us some high quality carpet they had at a good discount (its like walking on hundreds of mini marshmallows)! Carpet install was fast and impeccable. We also ordered some LVT flooring from them and are very impressed with the quality and simplicity (installed it myself). Highly recommend.”
