They showed us multiple options at different price points and never tried to upsell with silly tactics. They were efficient and responsive. In fact, it just so happened that they had an opening the very next day and we were able to get our carpet installed the very next business day from when we first inquired! The carpet turned out beautiful, it's soft, plush, and looks great in our space.
