“Working with Ashley and Mario was a dream! Extremely professional, friendly, respectful, fast and pivoted with sudden schedule changes with no fuss. They were willing to price match, which made my day. I really wanted to work with them due to the customer service interactions that I had so far but the cost had to be taken into consideration. After that, I had to change my scheduled install somewhat last minute. I was cringing on the inside when I made the call to push back the install and they made me feel like it was no big deal, which I know it was. They were out within a few days from when I initially called for a bid to take measurements. I had my bid within 24 hours after that. It took other companies over a week to come out for measurements and days for me to get the bid after that. They always responded back to my phone calls/emails almost immediately but it was always within 24 hours. I was not left wondering and waiting for days. Their install team was also very respectful, fast, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. I only knew that they had been in because I was looking at new carpet! Top notch customer service and workmanship!”
