“I am all about loyalty and supporting local businesses. I visited them about a year ago, but wasn't able to execute my project, but I had a good conversation with the owner, so I followed up recently to go ahead. He came out and did measurements and got me an aggressive quote. The follow-up by his team was sluggish, so I ended up going with a national company, which is too bad. But, I don't have time to wait around or chase them down.”
