“A good job, but many communication glitches. The floor was not placed in a random pattern, as agreed upon. Some of the tiles were not laid not randomly, which is noticeable. I had to ask for the senior citizen discount, it was not offered. I learned about it by browsing the website. I was also not offered a payment plan, learned about it after my husband had paid the bill. It would have been nice if the discount and the payment plan were mentioned up front. Customer service needs improving.”

“Wood flooring looks great. Installers left glue on many surfaces, sawdust at thresholds, and bedroom carpet cut crooked causing threshold not to fit. Kudos to owner Mark for coming here to make necessary repairs.”
