“**UPDATED REVIEW FROM 1WK PRIOR** After expressing concerns regarding my poor experience having my floors refinished, the owner Mark quickly contacted me to discuss my displeasure and apologize. He inspected the floors the following day and offered to perform additional completion work. 10/26, James and another gentleman arrived to my home on schedule and quickly completed this task satisfactorily. As with prior encounters, Mark, James and the other gentleman were kind, personable and professional. The floors look beautiful and I have received many compliments on how they have turned out. ”

The showroom covers the bases for carpeting, hardwood, vinyl plank, laminate and tile--all nicely organized and displayed. Immediate assistance from friendly staff who know what they are talking about. This place is tucked away behind the Velvet Shoestring in the same small shopping center, accessible from either 2nd Street or on the back side from Penniman Rd.”

“They just regrouted the floor of our shower. It was a small job, so we appreciated the fact that they did it! The guys who did the regrouting did the job were very pleasant to deal with and they did a great job. I will definitely call 2nd Street Floors when we need new floors and carpeting.”

“I had a great experience with Mark, Chelsea, and James. I had a pretty large job to do and a tight timeline. Their crew came in as scheduled and did the demo and then the next 2 days did the install. I couldn't be happier with the results. My experience started with my first trip into the store and talking with Chelsea and picking out some samples. Once I closed on my property Mark came out on schedule to do a full estimate and then within one week my installation happened. This is a local owned business and they were a pleasure to work with.”
