They've installed both vinyl plank flooring as well as carpeting for us; the quality of the products as well as the quality of the installations were both superior. Crucially, the after-the-sale support and customer care has been off the charts. “Believe it or not but I had a carpet emergency. Sara and the crew at 2nd Street Flooring rallied for me and installed carpeting in less than 24 hours. Sara sent me photos of in stock carpet to choose from and after speedy decision I had my install time for the next day. The crew was efficient, speedy and highly skilled. They installed a beautiful Berber in less than 2 hours in a 12x18 space with several bumps outs. The seams expertly done and perfectly matched. I will definitely make 2nd Street Flooring my first stop wither next project. Price, quality and professionalism rolled up in great business right in town.”

“My wife and I are thrilled with our decision to use 2nd Street Floors. Our subflooring is particle so we eventually went with NuCore luxury vinyl planks. They have an extensive selection to say the least.....the big stores can't come close. From measuring by Mark to ordering with Sarah and Chelsea, making our decisions and placing the order went very smoothly. When it came time for the removal and installation, all of the crewmembers and their supervisors were courteous, extremely hard working, and concerned about doing excellent work. James and Austin provided top notch service and really made us feel like 2nd Street Floors cares about their customer's satisfaction. The results are fantastic!! There was a small issue with trim that James came out and resolved the day after I called in about it. As an added bonus, they recently purchased a machine for binding carpet remnants to make rugs. We gave them two pieces to make a runner for a hall and a rug for the center of the living room and they turned out great!”
