She is professional and outstanding in handling our project. Our project was small compared to other customers, we're renovating an attic and turning it into a bedroom. Small project but she didn't treat us and our needs less than the others. Floor installer Floor installer, Peter, was very meticulous craftsman, when the floors and stairs were done - it was perfection! He worked a full day till the sun went down. Peter arrived on time, and finished the job on time. The floor was completed within a day, as estimated. I was surprised. I honestly thought it might take another day. No delays, no re-scheduling .. floor materials delivered days before the installation. Quality of floors We chose the GAIA SPC Luxury Vinyl and they are absolutely beautiful. They had everything we needed in stock. The store has a lot of specialty, high-end quality flooring. The floor samples they offer are much thicker than what big box retail stores sell for cheap. Overall satisfaction 110% satisfaction rating! They are an amazing company, they move fast and don't miss a thing. Communication is top notch, this is the most important aspect of any business. “We reached out to Will's Flooring to replace the floors and risers for one of the staircases in our home. We did quite a bit of research in the area and ultimately decided to go with Will's flooring because they were the most responsive, detailed, and reasonably priced option. We had multiple projects going on at the same time and Will's Flooring was very accommodating and willing to work around our schedule. Once the crew showed up, we knew right away that we had made the right choice. Everyone was super friendly, considerate, and detail oriented. The staircase was immediately next to my office and the crew was very mindful to give me a heads up when to expect the most noise and was through and through considerate. The crew also made sure to apply samples to the stairs before applying the stain just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The final product looks great and we're super happy.
