“My wife and I were starting a home renovation and found the flooring product we wanted to use at a manufacturer’s showroom. I asked them for names of flooring stores near us and got two. Neither worked out for us. I drive by Wills Flooring regularly and reached out to them via e-mail with a series of questions and received almost immediate responses. Wills confirmed that they sold the flooring we wanted and we set up an appointment for a measurement to get their bid. Their estimator arrived right on time and we had their bid within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. We were still months out from being ready for them to install the floor when I learned at the manufacturer’s showroom that our flooring was in short supply. Wills worked with me to get our order placed and delivered it to our home to be stored until we were ready to have it installed. When we were ready for them, their installers showed up on time and installed four rooms of flooring that day. They spent the first two hours prepping and fixing squeaky sections of the subfloor. The squeaks are all gone. The flooring looks great and the installers were extremely detail-oriented. He showed us photos of a stair tread installation he did and sold us on adding that to our plans. Overall, we were pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Wills Flooring and have recommended them to friends.”

They worked with us on several rounds of samples on existing floor and the workmanship of the floors and install looked really good. The demo/installation guys were pleasant and made sure to check in at each stage to confirm everything was being installed as expected. They worked quickly and cleaned up the site once they had finished. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Will's to anyone looking to update their flooring.”

“Had a great experience working with Will's Flooring, from being able to take decent-sized samples home to check how they would fit to the entire installation process. We ended up getting our flooring online, but the installation process was smooth and fast. The installers were professional and on time and they managed to finish the entire basement (~530 sq ft) within 3 days with a combination of LVP and ceramic tile. Staff is also really quick and responsive on calls and emails regarding quoting and scheduling the work.”
