“My wife and I were wanting to remodel our home before putting our home out for rent. Knowing the carpet would have to be durable for it to last quite a beating for a while. We began searching for a carpet that would withhold high traffic and be stain-resistant enough for pets and kids. Our first option was to go to Home Depot to explore our options on some carpet, the salesperson recommended PetProof which we could tell was a low quality which they were selling for a quite high price. We then decided to check out some locally owned flooring shops for a better price as well as better and newer options. We found Will's Flooring online and it was a 10-minute drive for us! My wife and I called to see if we needed to schedule a consultation to which we got a super friendly response of just stop by anytime and we will help you make a great decision! The second we stepped into Will's we knew we had to buy from them, they have a huge selection of all types of flooring! 30 minutes into our conversation with the sales consultant we had chosen a beautiful carpet from Dreamweaver and had an installation date scheduled. We are beyond thrilled with the expertise and knowledge the team had! Our home is now ready for new owners to step in and love their carpet.”

“I happened to see the business when I was driving by and decided to stop in. Viola was very nice and suggested a waterproof durable flooring material and all I had to do was pick a color. Oleg came out quickly and measured the job, gave me many options for demo and install. Price was about $6k better than Costco, and Will’s estimate was itemized where Costco wouldn’t give me cost of material. Install was $2 sq ft, and they were quick to order material after payment and install within two weeks. We decided to save money by doing the demo ourselves and moving appliances, but I think all the work we did for demo would have been worth the cost if Wills had done it. They were super friendly about changing the invoice to remove flooring the bathrooms as we plan to remodel those, and we were able to order extra material for the bathrooms and possible needed pieces just Incase something happens in the future and we need extra. I received a call the day before install from the company delivering the flooring. We arranged delivery time and where to store. There was a little miscommunication as Vadim showed up at 8:30 to install but the materials were coming between 9 and 11. Vadim made a call to Oleg and all was good. Vadim and one other came out to install on time and did little extras like sanding down high spots and removing old carpet staples. He spoke highly of the material. He worked from the bedrooms out to accommodate us moving furniture around. 1200 sq ft completed in 2 days. Super happy with this purchase and the service from sales, measurements, and install.”
