The installation was perfect. I feel like I have an entirely new home. We had the “warm almond” carpet installed and it is absolutely seamless. My dad was visiting during the installation and said it was the cleanest work he’s ever seen. So happy, thank you!”

“Five stars is not enough stars. Watkins was hired buy our builder to do the warranty work on our floors.the original person they sent out dropped the ball not saying he was a bad installer but we kept having scheduling issues. Finally fed up we called in to get something done. And they went above and beyond to make things right. In the end they had to replace the whole floor downstairs due to the poor original installation. The process was wonderful we picked our floor set the dates. Was supposed to be a two day install and they finished in a day. It was a long day for them but it worked for all of us. They we polite respectful and friendly. They did a fantastic install and other than the new floor we would have not known they were here. This was our second floor by Watkins they took care of old house in surf city also. And was a perfect installation there also. Thank you Watkins and your installers for a job well done.”

“The Dawson Cabin Community FCOG on Dawson Cabin Road would like to give a BIG Thanks to Donnie, Jason, and the Staff at Watkins Flooring. When we were ready to make decisions on our flooring, we reached out to the office and made an appointment: in which they came out promptly and measured and gave suggestion as to what would best suit the needs of the church. After a reasonable quote was given, we made arrangements with the Staff to order what what needed and it too was right on time. The following week, they began to work on our classrooms, and bathrooms removing the old carpet and tile in the bathroom, replacing it with beautiful new carpet and laminate flooring in our bathrooms. It truly has transformed our classrooms into an enjoyable space, and the bathrooms look amazing. Great job! Throughout this whole process, I was kept informed by the courteous staff, and Jason answered all our questions. Nothing less than professional! We are very pleased; once again, thanks for your help.
