We changed our flooring from white oak wood flooring to a chocolate brown wood flooring, and we received absolutely superb service when picking out our new flooring. Prior to installation, Watkins Flooring dispatched a project manager to review and examine the details of the installation. He and his terrific team of installers noted a complication that required a complete change in the installation concept. They effectively worked out an alternative installation plan and set it into action! The installation team, led by Salvador, was simply terrific! They were so very professional and careful to perform the installation in optimal manner! They installed the new wood floor flawlessly, and its appearance and beauty reflect their diligence and attention to every detail! The job was very large - we refloored a large great room, removed tile and replaced the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, the formal dining room, and in the hallway to the bedrooms.
